Okay, so I'm in need of new gloves, and was thinking about getting some nice ones. I came across these Twins Lumpinee Pattern (FBGV-3) gloves and fell in love. (www.muaythai-fighting.com/twins...s.html ) In the description it says, "Created in 2000. Strictly used for all competition at the famous Lumpinee Stadium in Thailand for several years, provided by TWINS."

Only problem is, I feel like I'm not worthy to wear them. I'd hate for someone see me wearing them, and be like, "Who the hell does she think she is??"

Am I being paranoid? Are people not as disparaging on such things as I think they are? Should I get them, even if I have no intent on becoming an amature fighter?

Would you think I was totally LAME, or would it be okay in your book to wear them? Your opinion?
